A Simple Day in my Kitchen

You will have to excuse my photographs, I’m still trying to figure out this whole blog thing. Frantically, snapping pictures as things bubble away on my stove. I am hoping to upgrade my camera, in due time!

Anyhow, here is a little snippet of what a typical day looks like in my working kitchen…

We will start with lunch, Tuna Salad & Artichoke Melts.

Washing leeks, so many leeks!

Potato Leek Soup, Sauteed Leeks and Roasted Chicken Thighs.

Roasted Chicken Thigh bones get turned into stock and…

Chicken Black Bean Enchiladas.

The Beginnings of Chicken Noodle Soup with roasted chicken and freshly made stock.

Bolognese Sauce.

And these are the rascals I have to put up with while working! Good thing they are so cute!
